A new hire or the HR department can input information online, eClick system waits for approval from management or po#, then processes the order and sends real production files to printing plant of clients choice where the order gets printed on cost-saving master templates. Client can track the status of each order and get reports on inventory, budget and other custom reports.
We have optional features available, for instance, ordering reports from our database for delivery receipts, billing templates, HR updated lists whereby data is sorted by request, for example, by name, region, or delivery date. Online access to the database is a feature that will be added in the near future. We also offer a temporary business card printing on a 24/7 basis where a minimal order of 50 temporary cards are printed and shipped by FedX the same day, getting to the employee/client at any shipping address (world wide, restrictions apply) as requested by the next morning.
