The company’s new focus will pivot Analogical Systems from its legacy of providing discrete telephony software solutions to that of a product-oriented embedded Voice-over-Packet Network software developer.

VoicePump will specialize in the implementation and integration of innovative speech coding and telecom algorithms for Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and Voice over Digital Subscriber Line (VoDSL) applications.  The currently available VoicePump-6000, being demonstrated today at the DSP World trade show in Orlando, Florida, is a complete software package for high-density, H.323 compliant VoIP gateways running on Texas Instruments’ TMS320C6000 family of fixed point DSPs.  Capable of unprecedented channel densities, the VoicePump-6000 is a scalable, integrated solution.  Optimized VoIP solutions can also be developed for other embedded platforms.
