We have a comprehensive, technology-rich curriculum that spans all the grades. Our formal, structured program begins in the primary grades with a general introduction to the computer and the power of using applications to enhance learning and productivity. Traditional computer application skills are introduced in the following years, including keyboarding, word processing and multimedia presentation applications.

Students can showcase their works using a variety of multimedia tools such as presentation software applications, digital cameras, camcorders and audio equipment. Programming concepts are introduced and the students have a chance to explore writing simple programming tasks. Students learn about the power of the Internet and how to become effective researchers using web evaluation skills. Technology is seamlessly woven into both general and Jewish studies curricula.

The Technology program for our 6th to 8th grade students adapts with current areas of technology and the educational applications of technology. Word processing in both English and Hebrew, page layout and presentation creation are taught in depth. Students explore search engine capabilities for research needs and create holiday cards, cookbooks, web pages, and more. In the Yearbook elective, students learn layout principles, business skills, basic bookkeeping, photo cropping, budget planning, interview skills and advanced page layout skills.
