The Gideon Hausner Jewish Day School is transitioning to our beautiful new Palo Alto campus beginning in Fall 2003. Our students in grades 6-8 will be the first tenants. The K-5 students will remain in our beloved yellow school during the fall and will join the older students on the new campus in January.
The new 3-acre campus features a state-of-the-art library, science laboratories, two media centers, a specially designed art room, and expansive outdoor playing fields. Our plans include building a multi-purpose facility in the near future.
Well be close neighbors with both the temporary home of the Albert L. Schultz Jewish Community Center (ALSJCC) as well as the future Campus for Jewish Life (CJL).
Generous parents and community members made this new school campus possible through the schools CAMPAIGN CHAI Capital Campaign.
