Online Corporate Printing Procurement System (eClick)

We have created this system for our customers over seven years ago and recently we have been putting together our eCommerce site to provide this service to other businesses. Our demo is the first phase, which we hadn’t planned to upload yet, but happily responded to our client’s excitement. In order to give you an understanding of the benefits of our system, let us explain the process. The online system can be used as designed or custom programmed for your needs. The online order can be placed by the HR department or an employee with an authorized purchase order number or if you are a reseller, your customers can order from your website which will link to our site. You will receive an email confirmation of the order when it is placed and shortly after a Quark file will be e mailed to you. The file is is ready to go to plate or can be modified in your digital department if your client makes last minute changes. The set up for business card orders (which has an online preview for easy proofing) and stationery orders (anything from letterhead to small Avery labels can be ordered) requires the original art, Quark files and the fonts. We will mirror the files, nothing on the file is changed. Color, text, linespace, tracking, all will remain as a template for the data that we will receive from the online order. The data is processed through our proprietary program to the appropriate Quark template, saved and send to the printing house of your choice (or if you are a reseller, the file will be send to your imagesetter).
